2. After the water pump is started, the valve inlet pressure gradually rises, and the pressure water slowly enters the lower cavity of the diaphragm controller through the connecting pipe at the valve inlet end to realize the slow opening of the main valve plate, and the opening speed can be adjusted by the control valve.
3. Before the water pump starts, the pressure at the outlet end of the valve acts on the main valve plate, and the valve is in the closed position. At the same time, the upper cavity of the diaphragm controller communicates with pressure water, and the lower cavity communicates with the low pressure at the inlet of the valve. The opening and closing action process of the multifunctional water pump control valve can effectively prevent accidents caused by the rise of water hammer pressure waves. According to the on-site usage investigation and actual measurement, the peak value of the water hammer pressure when the pump is stopped is within 1.3 times of the working pressure.
