What is the working principle of the multifunctional water pump control valve?

The multifunctional water pump control valve is a valve used to adjust the direction of water supply, and is commonly used in water supply systems that connect fire water and domestic water in parallel. When a fire occurs, a large amount of water is urgently needed for fire fighting, and the domestic water can be cut off immediately. The working principle of the multifunctional water pump control valve is as follows:
1. When the pump is stopped, the valve plate is completely closed under the action of the static pressure of the outlet end and the upper cavity of the diaphragm.
2. When the water pump is started, the water pressure is transmitted from the bypass pipe to the lower chamber, and the main valve plate and the slow-closing valve plate are slowly opened under the action of the water pressure at the inlet end and the lower chamber.
3. Under the action of the pressure at the water inlet, the valve plate rises to a large opening state, and the opening height is determined by the flow rate.
4. At the moment of stopping the pump, the flow and pressure suddenly drop, and the main valve plate begins to slide downward under the action of gravity.
5. When the flow is close to zero, the main valve is closed, and a drain hole is left on the main valve plate to reduce the impact of water hammer; a pressure difference is formed between the main valve plate and the bottom, and the water pressure at the valve outlet enters the upper through the bypass pipe. The cavity pushes the diaphragm pressing plate so that the water in the lower cavity drains into the valve inlet, and the slow closing valve plate starts to close slowly.
6. The slow-closing valve plate completely closes the drain hole, and the valve returns to the initial state of stopping the pump.
